🛍️ Vendor Registration — Pop-Up Markets at The Shop

Join us at The New Market for our upcoming pop-up markets! We're bringing together small businesses, handmade goods, local makers and unique finds for a fun community shopping experience. We'd love to have you be part of it! ❤️

This isn't just for small business owners — anybody with something to sell is welcome, whether it's clothes, home decor, yard sale finds or anything else.

📍 Market Location

The New Market — 1300 New Market Rd, Hartsville, SC

Our market is located approximately 5 miles from downtown Hartsville, on private property with parking available for shoppers and vendors.

⏰ Market hours: 10 AM–2 PM

Come join us for one market or multiple dates! Each event offers an opportunity to showcase your products, connect with shoppers and support other small businesses in our community.

⛺ Vendor Space & Setup

Each vendor space is approximately 10 ft × 10 ft.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, including:

⛺ A tent suitable for your 10 × 10 space

🪑 Tables and chairs

🛍️ Products, displays and signage

💳 Your own payment method or point-of-sale equipment

🔌 Any supplies needed to operate your booth independently

Please plan to bring everything you need for your setup. There is no electricity or running water available for vendor booths, so plan accordingly. Vendors should secure their tents and displays properly for outdoor conditions.

Please keep your setup within your assigned space and leave the shopping walkways clear for customers.

💵 Vendor Fees & Registration

Vendor spaces are $30 per 10 × 10 spot per market date.

A $15 deposit option is available to reserve your spot, with the remaining $15 due at the event or before. Your spot is not secured until payment or deposit has been received.

Please select your desired market date and quantity when registering. If you would like to participate in multiple markets, please make sure your registration covers each date you plan to attend.

💕 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can happen! To help us plan our events fairly and give every vendor an opportunity to participate, we have the following policy:

✨ More than 7 days before the event: You may request to transfer your payment to a future market. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

✨ Within 7 days of the event: Vendor fees are non-refundable.

✨ No-shows: Vendors who do not attend their scheduled market will forfeit their vendor fee.

✨ Market cancellations by the organizer: If we must cancel an event, you may choose a refund or transfer your payment to a future market.

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our vendor policies. We ask that all vendors communicate promptly about any changes to their plans so we can keep our markets organized and make the most of every available space.
